The sections below include information and instructions for printing from printers in the W. W. Hagerty Library.
The Drexel Libraries now utilizes the print management system called PaperCut. PaperCut Web Print allows you to print documents by uploading files from a web browser. No software or driver installation is required.
Follow the instructions below to print your file using a web browser:
- Connect to DragonFly3 WiFi network or the Drexel VPN and navigate to https://print.drexel.edu
- Sign in with your Drexel username and password.
- Select Web Print.
- On the web print page, select Submit a Job.
- Several predefined print options are listed. Choose a printer that's right for your file, and then select Print Options and Account Selection. The printer selection gives you options for color or black & white and one-sided or double-sided printing.
- Choose how many copies of the file you want to print, and then select Upload Documents.
- Either drag and drop a file onto the page or select upload from computer and find the file you want to print. Then select Open.
- Select Upload & Complete to send your file to the print queue.
- To pay with a credit or debit card, visit the Service Desk on the first floor. To pay with DragonDollars, go directly to the printer and tap your DragonCard on the card reader or enter your Drexel credentials on the touchscreen.
- To print your document(s) choose Print Release on the touchscreen. This will bring you to your personal print queue, where you can choose which documents you want to print. You can also change your print options to grayscale or double-sided printing if desired.
- Press the Print button on the printer touchscreen, and your documents will print.
NOTE: When you upload a file to print, it will not print immediately. Print jobs are held in a queue until you release your job from a release station at the printer. Print jobs are held in the release station for two hours. If they have not been printed within two hours, they will be deleted.
Follow the instructions below to print files from your laptop, smartphone, or tablet using the Mobility Print driver.
You must install the PaperCut Mobility Print driver on your personal device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) to print documents in the W. W. Hagerty Library. If you do not wish to install the driver on your device, you may print from a web browser. Follow the instructions above to print using a web browser.
Install the Mobility Print Driver
If this is your first time printing from your personal device, you must download the Mobility Print driver in order to print to the Libraries' printers from your device.
- Visit print.drexel.edu/install to download the Mobility Print driver.
- You will automatically be directed to the correct configuration for your computer type and will be provided instructions on adding the printers specific to your operating system. If the wrong operating system is chosen, you can manually choose another operating system (OS) at the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver is installed on your device, you can print from any app on your phone, laptop, or tablet.
Print from your Smartphone, Laptop or Tablet
- Connect to DragonFly3 WiFi network or Drexel VPN. Mobility Print will NOT work unless you are connect to the Drexel network or VPN.
- Open the file you want to print from your device and select the print option.
- Enter your Drexel credentials if/when prompted (abc123 and password)
- Select the printer based on your needs. The following printers are available in the W. W. Hagerty Library:
- Find Me Library BW (Hagerty Library) - $0.10 per page/side
- Find Me Library Color (Hagerty Library) - $0.25 per page/side
- After you select the appropriate printer, you may be asked to enter your Drexel credentials (abc123 and password).
- Next, adjust any print settings (ie: double-sided, number of copies, color/black & white). Then click the Print button.
- To pay with a credit or debit card, visit the Service Desk on the first floor. To pay with DragonDollars, go directly to the printer and tap your DragonCard on the card reader or enter your Drexel credentials on the touchscreen.
- To print your document(s) choose Print Release. This will bring you to your personal print queue, where you can choose which documents you want to print. You can also change your print options to grayscale or double-sided printing if desired.
- Press the Print button on the printer touchscreen, and your documents will be printed.

Printing is available to guests and alumni visiting the W. W. Hagerty Library. Please send the document you want to print as an attachment to the appropriate email address:
Visit the Service Desk on the first floor to pay for your print job using a debit or credit or mobile payment. Staff will release the print job to one of our available printers.
