The Drexel University Libraries is excited to welcome all new (and returning) Dragons to campus this September!
This year, the Libraries is hosting a series of Welcome Week activities, including self-guide library tours, open houses and other events to help you familiarize yourself with the Libraries and learn more about all the resources and services we provide to help you throughout your career at Drexel. Drexel Libraries Welcome Week Open House
W. W. Hagerty Library – 3300 Market Street
September 18 through September 22
10 am – 5 pm daily
Start the fall 2023 term off right: Get to know your Drexel University Libraries before classes begin.
Stop by the W. W. Hagerty Library during our Welcome Week Open House events for free snacks, DUL swag, and a chance to explore the Libraries' resources, services, and study spaces.
While you're here, stop by the Service Desk and say hello to our staff or take our self-guided tour of the Library.

Available during regular open hours
Take a self-guided tour of the Library during our regular hours. Simply stop by the Service Desk or the information table in the atrium of the W. W. Hagerty Library, grab some swag and a self-guided tour sheet, and start exploring!

Welcome Back “Wooder Ice” Party at the Library Learning Terrace
Library Learning Terrace – 3300 Race Street

2pm until it’s gone
Whether you're new to campus or returning after the term break, we want to welcome you to Drexel!
Join the Libraries staff outside the Library Learning Terrace (located at 3300 Race Street – ground floor of Race Hall) for good conversation and some of Philly's famous water ice (that's pronounced 'wooder’) for you Philly newbs) from Siddiq’s in West Philadelphia.
Get there early – the event ends when the water ice runs out!
