The Drexel Libraries is pleased to announce it now provides access to The Institution of Engineering & Technology (The IET) digital library, a global repository of science, engineering and technology focused content with international authors and editors from academia and industry offering diverse and real-world context to the latest engineering and technology advances.

The IET is a societal publisher of ebooks, journals and a bibliographic database called Inspec that is a comprehensive resource for accessing scientific literature across engineering, physics and computer science.

IET eBook collection

IET eBook collections bring together an extensive range of engineering and technology research books, written by researchers for researchers. IET eBooks aim to review the current state-of-the-art in hot topics in engineering and technology research including contributions from leading experts with a global perspective. Topics that are covered include:

IET current journal titles from 2013 forward are now fully gold Open Access, allowing researchers and practitioners around the world immediate and free access to current IET Journals content.

The latest content from the IET journals is accessible through a publishing partnership with Wiley on the IET Research hub page. In addition to their current titles, the IET Journals Archive Backfile Collection is available as an online resource with perpetual access, comprising the complete collection of research journals and magazines published by the IET from 1872 – 2012.
