Due to scheduled server installation and system upgrades designed to improve the Libraries’ IT infrastructure and services for our clients, the Libraries’ interlibrary loan and course reserves services, (provided by ILLiad and Ares respectively) will be unavailable from 7:30 am EDT on Monday, June 15 to 7:30 pm EDT on Friday, June 19, 2020.

If you use ILLiad to place ILL requests, please email your requests to hlill@drexel.edu during this scheduled downtime. All requests received during the week of June 15^th will be processed as soon as all upgrades are complete.

Faculty who need emergency access to materials during this time should contact:

• Interlibrary loan requests: hlill@drexel.edu
• Course reserves materials: reserves@drexel.edu. Please note that some course reserves materials will be available for emergency access, including most streaming video and scanned book chapters.
