Libraries Resources Update: December 2017

The Drexel University Libraries is pleased to begin a new, recurring article series that highlights new and changed resources licensed or purchased for the Drexel community.
December 2017
New:
- Bloomsbury Design Library – an electronic resource offering cross-searchable access to a broad and expanding range of encyclopedias, reference works, e-books, images, and more, including Bloomsbury Encyclopedia of Design, World History of Design, and an interactive history of design from 1500 BCE to Present.
- Cambridge Structural Database – provides crystallographic data for applications in the life sciences and crystallography.
Changed:
- Wiley Online Library – more journals, more current coverage! Due to a change in Wiley’s license offerings, the Libraries is now licensed to provide online access to nearly all of Wiley’s current journal content.
Ceased:
- Due to very low usage, and availability of similar electronic & print materials, Libraries has not renewed licenses to the electronic editions of Kirk-Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology and Encyclopedia of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Wiley’s
