Pronounce Matthew Lyons

Matthew Lyons (he/him/his) has been the Drexel University Archivist since 2016. He oversees operations to collect, preserve, and provide access to physical and digital records that document the history of Drexel University and the history of the Drexel family. From 2006 to 2016, he served as Director of Archives and Collections Management at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. He is Drexel’s representative to the Philadelphia Area Consortium of Special Collections Libraries (PACSCL) and a member of the PACSCL Board of Trustees. He holds a Master of Library Service from Rutgers University and a BA in German Studies from Cornell University.
