Jeam da Silva Camilo

Jeam da Silva Camilo earned a bachelor’s degree in Librarianship and Information Science in Brazil at the University of the State of Sao Paulo, where he also received a Master of Arts in Screenwriting. He’s been working as a librarian for the past seventeen years, with experience in different areas in three countries: Brazil, Portugal and the United States.

Prior to taking on his role as a Librarian with the Libraries, he worked as a Library Assistance Supervisor at the W. W. Hagery Library Service Desk, within the Library Services & Quality Improvement program at Drexel.

In his current position, Jeam collaborates with other librarians, faculty and students to help integrate knowledge of multiple literacies, with particular emphasis on business and entrepreneurship and continual service quality improvement efforts.
