How to pronounce Sam Kirk

Sam Kirk (she/her/hers) is the Manager of the Curricula Support Program at Drexel University Libraries. She came to Drexel from the University of Pennsylvania Libraries, where she spent many years as the Information Literacy Librarian. Sam is responsible for leading a team which incorporates library research support into faculty teaching, using curriculum mapping, designing active learning lesson plans, and collaborating on online learning objects. She has published on subjects ranging from using comics in critical librarianship to incorporating game-based learning in reference instruction. Sam holds a BA in English from George Washington University and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University.
