The Drexel Libraries is updating its room reservation system to improve our clients’ experience in the library. The new system will go live on December 18, 2023.

Called LibCal Spaces, the platform makes reserving a room in the W. W. Hagerty Library simple and intuitive. LibCal Spaces’ visual boxes make it easier to see what rooms and times are available to reserve and offers a new and improved, accessible, and mobile-friendly interface.

The Libraries currently offers a variety of reservable spaces, including individual seats in silent study areas, group study rooms, collaborative learning spaces, and classrooms and conference rooms (faculty and staff use only). All Libraries spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
