Job Title: Information Explorer Program Assistant
Job Description: Drexel University Libraries (DUL) seeks an innovative and curious student employee to assist with the Libraries’ Information Explorer Program. The goal of this program is to engage DUL students with information literacy concepts (such as how misinformation is spread, and the impact of unequal access to information), and to inspire them to engage their peers at Drexel with those concepts. The student in this position will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of information literacy concepts and work actively and collaboratively with DUL student workers to create content and activities that raise awareness among Drexel students about the importance of information literacy.
Qualifications: Good work ethic; polite, friendly demeanor; ability to pick up new skills quickly. Able to handle a variable workflow and multitask when needed.
