Temporary Access to Resources During the COVID-19 Outbreak
April 3, 2020
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, many publishers and vendors are making some or all of their content freely available online for a limited time. To assist University faculty and staff in navigating these resources, Drexel Librarians created a resource guide that lists some of these offers, as vetted by our subject experts using criteria of quality, relevance to the curriculum, and concerns for personal privacy. This guide includes material that is not normally available through Drexel University licenses and subscriptions.
Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of these resources in the future. Access to some of these resources might not align with the timing of your reading assignments, or the full length of Drexel’s term, and we encourage you to review the access periods listed with each resource before assigning materials for courses.
We will continue to update this list as we discover new offers from vendors and publishers that fit our criteria. Please contact our subject librarians for guidance on assessing individual vendor offers.
The Drexel University Libraries continues to provide remote services and resources to support Drexel teaching faculty and staff during the current public health crisis. Visit the Libraries’ COVID-19 webpage for an updated list of remote services and resources.
