As a member of the systems department, Ian has designed and supports part of the Drexel Libraries' access to online resources. He supports the staff in designing processes and writing tools to enhance their control of online as well as printed material. As the current acting head of Library Sytems, he sets up and supports the libraries' servers. He has been serially a Novell, NT, and Unix systems administrator since 1991.
