  • Campus Map: Queen Lane Library is on the 1st floor, directly across from the main entrance of the Drexel University College of Medicine (blue on map).

  • Parking: A Visitor's Lot is available; turn right from the driveway entrance. On street parking is also available but limited by residential permit parking.
  • Public Transportation: The Queen Lane station on Regional Rail train R8 is directly across from the Queen Lane Medical campus; alternatives are SEPTA Bus 32 or SEPTA Bus R -- exit bus at Queen Lane and walk two blocks northeast to campus.
  • University Shuttle Bus: Provided for university community members from the Center City Hahnemann Campus (shuttle stop is on the north side of Vine Street, between Broad and 15th Streets) to the Queen Lane Campus.

The Queen Lane Library houses books, journals, and other materials to support the educational needs of students in the first two years of medical school, and the research needs of the basic sciences departments. The collection focuses on the basic sciences, including research literature in biochemistry, microbiology/immunology, neuroscience, physiology, molecular biology and cell biology; there is also a core collection of books on clinical medicine. Approximately 17,000 books and journals and over 200 videotapes and slide sets are available. The Library computers and printers, photocopiers, and study areas are accessible 24-hours a day for the use of Drexel University students, faculty, staff and residents.

There is a Microcomputer Center on the ground floor, operated by the IRT department.
